1. I have been arrested, do I need a lawyer?
Yes. If you are nervous, scared, or have a lot to lose, you need a good criminal defense attorney! CALL ME IMMEDIATELY!
2. I am being investigated by the police, FBI, etc., do I need a lawyer?
Yes. DO NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR TURN OVER ANY DOCUMENTS. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY!

4. I have received a grand jury subpoena to testify, do I need a lawyer?

5. I have been charged with a misdemeanor, do I need a lawyer?

7. Have you represented CLIENTS outside of Cook County?
YES. MANY of my CASES ARE IN Illinois State Court ARE in Cook County, DuPage County and Will County. I have also represented MANY people in Lake, Kane, McHenry, Winnebago, Kendall, Grundy, LaSalle, Kankakee, Bureau, Henry, Whiteside, Peoria, Hancock, McLean, and Champaign counties
8. Do you represent people in Federal Court outside of the Northern District of Illinois?
Yes. MANY of my CASES ARE in the Federal District Courts in Chicago, Illinois. I have also represented MANY people successfully in other parts of the United States including Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, ARIZONA, NEW YORK and Missouri.
9. What type of people do you normally represent?
My office represents male and females of all races, nationalities, religions and sexual orientation.
10. Are you familiar with immigration laws?
Yes. My office is highly-sensitive to the special needs of resident and non-resident aliens involved in the criminal justice system.
11. What are your fees?
